Olga is Warsaw - based psychologist and certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Schema Therapist (ISST). She is also a qualified Sexologist with over 9 years of experience. She specialises in supporting adults and adolescents with a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, burnout, relationship challenges, living abroad, culture shock, adjustment issues, identity issues, transition, cultural adaptation and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

We gently explore unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that may contribute to your distress and work. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we can begin to replace them with healthier, more constructive ways of responding to life challenges.
Sessions are held regularly and follow a clear, structured framework. This creates a focused space for reflection, understanding the roots of difficulties, developing practical coping strategies to navigate them and support long lasting change by creating healthy way of thinking, feeling and behaving.
My work is grounded in two extensively researched modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. CBT is one of the most well-studied forms of psychotherapy and is highly effective for treating depression, anxiety disorder, OCD, and stress-related conditions. Schema Therapy builds upon CBT and is particularly effective for long-standing emotional patterns, personality difficulties and issues that have not fully responded to other approaches. Together, they support both symptom relief and meaningful, lasting personal change.
